Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour

  • Self-rising flour

  • Ground cinnamon

  • Ground cardamom

  • White sugar

  • Coconut milk

  • Oil for frying

 

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all-purpose flour, self-rising flour, cinnamon, cardamom and sugar.

  2. Stir in coconut milk until lumps disappear.

  3. Heat oil in deep-fryer or wok.

  4. Drop batter by tablespoons into hot oil.

  5. Fry until golden brown.

  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
