  • Put the cleaned snails in a pot and pour water to cover them.

  • Add the stock cube, blended onions and cover to cook for 20 – 30 minutes.

  •  In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil till hot. Add onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  •  A crushed seasoning, pinch of salt and stir-fry for 3- 5 mins.

  • Add the cooked snail. Stir very well and add more salt if necessary.

  • Thread snails and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
