There are different types of green smoothies with each having its own distinct taste (depending on the condiments you add into it). Mostly #FitFam people are a fan of these smoothies (because a random person who isn’t watching his/her weight wouldn’t add vegetable leaves to their smoothies). Smoothies are very easy to make and also tasty and as mentioned earlier they are  very healthy and give you your daily dose of nutrients.



3-2 handful of spinach (substitute with kale or any other edible green leaves)

An orange

1-2 cubed size ginger

A full banana

2-3 tbsp natural yogurt (optional, substitute with water)

Ice cubes (optional)




Process all ingredients in the blender until smooth and serve. Add a bit of water if needed, enjoy.
